Meet the Team

James Brunton – Director

I like to think I am the brains behind JJ Electrical Solutions, I started the business myself over 20 years ago with a passion for excellent workmanship and client satisfaction, over the years I have gained a wealth of experience and knowledge in job management and customer service.

I really enjoying helping you visualise what you want from your project and bringing this to life, I also love to talk and drink lots of tea… a typical tradesman at heart.

Lisa Brunton – Finance & Office Director

Lisa is my wife, who joined the business full-time as a director, moving from the corporate finance world. She’s the one running the ship behind the scenes, keeping everything moving across our sites and fit-outs—and keeping me in check too.

Jack Pinhorne – Electrical Ops Manager

Jack is the newest member of the team. He is fresh off the plane after a few years in Australia and joins us a Gold Card Engineer.

He brings a wealth of experience to the team and a “Can Do” attitude, he is running our new build sites and supporting James as the Ops Manager.

Josh Milthorpe – Engineer

Josh is one of our Engineers he is conscientious, methodical and a great team member.

When not on site he can be found on the rugby field, playing for Pontefract RU, he has a real passion for the sport.

Harrison Bashforth – Apprentice Electrician

Harrison is our third year apprentice electrician and is already flying!

Unfortunately his only down fall is that he choses to use the yellow stuff – DeWalt Power tools, the team are constantly trying to convince him to come to the dark side and use Milwaukee with them.

Louis Spencer – Apprentice Electrician

Louis is our second year apprentice electrician and is also smashing it!

Thankfully he uses Milwaukee power tools so has dodged the regular grilling that Harrison receives.

Minnie – Team Mascot in Training

Minnie is the newest fur baby and Team JJ mascot she is always keeping us on our toes with a ball thrown under our feet or the “Collie Side Eye”.

Extremely Competent and Professional

All electrics and security cameras and alarm systems. Emergency lighting as well as all servicing.

All the work carried out by JJ electrical is of a very high standard. All employees are extremely competent and professional. They are always prompt and efficient and I would never use anyone other for the work they do. If we have a problem they are generally with us the same or next day, even if only to assess. I could not recommend them highly enough.
